Why does New Hampshire's homeschool community recommend GSHE?
Granite State Home Educators helped answer so many questions when I started home schooling. To say the Admins are experts is an understatement! the Admins tirelessly follow legislation and promote opportunities for homeschoolers to get involved to preserve freedom to educate at home. I highly recommend their website, Facebook pages and opportunities to connect with other homeschool families! we have met wonderful homeschooling families through GSHE! a trusted, reliable source of information for all things homeschool related in New Hampshire. ~ Darlene G
GSHE is such a valuable resource for parents at any stage of their homeschooling journey, and is also incredibly helpful for educators who are trying to improve their understanding of homeschool laws to better support students in their communities. GSHE is an invaluable resource for homeschooling families of NH. I have been following it for many years and I have seen it grow, adapt, and turn into a comprehensive support system for all homeschooling families regardless of their homeschooling style, philosophy, or political/religious orientation. I have seen it warmly welcoming and offering support to any new homeschooling family, as I have seen it bid an equally kind farewell to those who decide to leave homeschooling and join other forms of education. I have seen GSHE navigate the difficult years of COVID respectfully and diplomatically. And I have seen it advocate for our education rights and liberties. None of this would be possible without the people behind it - Michelle has been an instrumental and powerful voice for all of us, and the amount of work she volunteered along the years to create and lead the GSHE remain a testament to her dedication to make homeschooling a considerably richer, less intimidating, more fulfilling experience for thousands of families in our state. ~ Cristina D
