Granite State Home Educators is hosting our 3rd annual Not-Back-to-School Picnic and all homeschool families are invited! It will be on Friday, September 20th, with September 27th as our alternative rain date, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Livingston Park in Manchester.
The park’s address is 244 Hooksett Road, Manchester, NH 03104-2617. We’ll be at the big-kids’ playground area – find us there!
Last year over 200 people attended! It’s a great opportunity to meet other home-educating families, make new friends, and have a fun time.
Once again, we’ll have raffle prizes donated by area businesses – look for more announcements in the coming weeks.
We’ll also encourage local groups to have info tables set up so you can connect with families in your area.
Families are encouraged to bring their own picnic lunches and something to share such as chips or cupcakes, or even a game like frisbee or cornhole.
Please RSVP and indicate how many kiddos can join us so we can have enough goodies for people. We hope you can join us for this fun day!
